1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Gray Sheep Armory or any of its products and services, including the Gray Sheep mobile application (collectively, "the Service" or "the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gray Sheep Armory. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
To use Gray Sheep Armory, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or 21 in jurisdictions where required by law)
- Be legally permitted to possess firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Not be prohibited from possessing firearms under 18 U.S.C. ยง 922(g) or any other applicable law
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
You are required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Create a strong, unique password
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Log out of your account at the end of each session, especially on shared devices
Gray Sheep Armory will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal transactions
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Harvest, collect, or store personal data of other users without authorization
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Service to promote or facilitate the sale of firearms to prohibited persons
- Share, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Service without authorization
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
5. Usernames
5.1 Username Reclamation
We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark to those usernames. Accounts using business names and/or logos that may be considered misleading to others may be permanently suspended. We also reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate our trademark guidelines or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are inappropriate or misleading.
5.2 Username Changes
Gray Sheep Armory reserves the right to change, modify, or reassign your username at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Trademark or intellectual property conflicts
- Usernames that are offensive, misleading, or violate community standards
- Usernames that impersonate other users, public figures, or organizations
- Usernames that contain profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory language
- Security concerns or policy violations
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if your username is changed, but are not obligated to do so.
5.3 Username Squatting
You may not engage in username squatting. Accounts that are inactive for extended periods or that do not have meaningful activity may be terminated at our discretion and without further notice. We consider several factors when determining username squatting, including:
- The number of accounts created by a single user
- Creating accounts for the purpose of preventing others from using those usernames
- Creating accounts for the purpose of selling those accounts or usernames
- Registering usernames that are clearly intended to mislead or deceive
5.4 Prohibition on Selling Usernames
You may not buy, sell, trade, or transfer usernames. Any attempt to do so may result in immediate account termination.
6. Location Data and Restricted Areas
6.1 User-Contributed Location Information
Gun-free zones, restricted areas, and other location-based information shown in this app may be provided by users and third-party sources. You acknowledge and agree that such information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
6.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
The location information and restricted area data provided through the Service is intended as a general reference only and should not be relied upon as definitive, complete, or guaranteed accurate. Conditions, laws, and restrictions may change at any time without notice to us or reflection in the Service.
6.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of any location-based information before relying on it
- Checking current laws and posted signage at your actual location
- Understanding that private property owners may impose restrictions not reflected in the Service
- Complying with all applicable laws regardless of what information is displayed in the app
7. Legal Information Disclaimer
7.1 Not Legal Advice
Although we attempt to provide information about concealed carry laws and firearm regulations across various jurisdictions, we make no claims, representations, warranties, promises, or guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of any legal information disclosed through the Service.
7.2 Jurisdictional Variations
Firearm laws vary significantly between federal, state, and local jurisdictions. What is legal in one location may be prohibited in another. The Service may not reflect the most current laws or may not cover all applicable regulations in your specific jurisdiction.
7.3 User Acknowledgment
By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Gray Sheep Armory, its developers, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, penalties, fines, legal consequences, or harm resulting from your reliance on information provided through the Service
- You will independently verify all legal information before taking any action
- The Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Gray Sheep Armory

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 Our Content
All content, features, and functionality of the Service โ including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof โ are the exclusive property of Gray Sheep Armory or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Transfer your rights to any other person
9.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Gray Sheep Armory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Gray Sheep Armory does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
GRAY SHEEP ARMORY DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE. Information provided through the Service regarding firearm laws is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRAY SHEEP ARMORY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gray Sheep Armory and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Any content you submit to the Service
14. Termination
14.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
14.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, us, or third parties
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies
- Extended periods of inactivity
14.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability. You may request a copy of your data prior to account termination.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or litigation in accordance with applicable law.
15.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND THAT YOU WILL NOT BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION AGAINST GRAY SHEEP ARMORY.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:
- Posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last Updated" date
- Sending you an email notification (if you have provided an email address)
- Displaying a prominent notice within the Service
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the intent of the original provision.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gray Sheep Armory regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
